we can point you towards some excellent and entirely free programs :
All you need is some enthusiasm, and/or creativity :)
A lot can be achieved by using these (mostly pretexturized) 3d anatomy data :
Animation and Visualization are a breeze in Lightwave, Cinema4D and 3DSMax etc,
beautiful renders and animations will result,
the same being true for all the free 3D apps out there on the Web.
There are quite a couple of them from Google Sketchup
and other comparatively simple (but also limited) applications
via G-Max which is sort of the middle ground (or used to be, one cannot
really do a lot with it but it handles easily and is able to display large files),
to Blender which is highly professional and would be our first choice.
Of course you can also simply load our anatomy models (if available as PDF)
in Adobe Acrobat Reader which then automatically turns into a 3d anatomy viewer.
